Do you take insurance?

Yes, currently I am a provider on the following insurance panels:

  • Blue Shield of CA
  • Anthem Blue Cross
  • Magellan Behavioral Health
  • Western Health Advantage
  • Medicare
  • Healthnet

Do you accept any EAP (employee assistance plans)?

Yes, currently I accept the following EAP plans:

  • Magellan
  • MHN
  • Lyra

What is your fee?

My hourly rate is $160 for individual sessions and $180 for couples sessions. Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through venmo, cash app, in cash or by check. 

How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes

What are your hours?

Sessions are booked by appointment only. Currently I see clients Monday through Friday, usually seeing my first client at 10am and my last at 4pm. I do not offer sessions on weekends. 

Do you offer online therapy?

Due to COVID, at this time, all services are being offered virtually through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform. 

What is your cancellation policy?

I require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Missed or late cancelled sessions will incur a $50 charge. Insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations.
